FAQ
What is your current turn-around time?
We typically ship out orders within 24-48 hours on business days, but please keep in mind that if you purchased your items on a launch or sale day, processing time may be a bit longer due to a high volume of orders.
What is your return policy?
We want you to looooovve your joonbird order, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Item must be in its original unused condition to be eligible for return. Please email soli@joonbird.com within 14 days of receipt and we will let you know how to proceed. Once we receive your order we will issue a refund less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. We are not responsible for lost returns.
We do not accept returns on international orders.
Sorry, but we do not accept returns on SALE items.
What materials do you use?
Our limited collection items are all made from rare, hard to find vintage fabrics from the 1960s and 1970s. This is the good stuff! These items are truly one of a kind and will only be greater in value over time.
The vast majority of our items are made with deadstock fabric. What is deadstock you ask? Deadstock is overflow from larger brands that made mass quantities of their materials and ended up with a bunch of excess. These excess materials get handed down to close-out dealers, or would otherwise have ended up in the landfill. Even the trims and buttons we use are deadstock! I am happy to re-purpose these materials and give them a second life, and print my own designs on them.
All of our bedding (cribs sheets, swaddles, and wash cloths) were made from 100% Cotton, grown and spun in the USA, and printed in Los Angeles. We also make some clothing items out of the remnants of this fabric.
Where are your items made?
All of our Joonbird items were made in the USA from start to finish! I wanted to make sure every single person that works with Joonbird works in safe conditions and is paid a fair living wage, so being able to monitor where my items are made was very important to me. I'm also proud to support my local factories and help them stay in business!
